Once this base information is entered, training requirements are easily identified by employee, by department, and by specification. As training is completed, information on the training class is entered along with the attendees.
ISO Auditors look for a defined set of training requirements for each job and then seek to confirm that the proper training has been administered. Auditors also look for evidence that a business can identify training needs when a specification is revised or when job requirements are updated.
