Single User License
This software is released for use on one
(1) personal computer and is copyrighted by Collaborative Quality
Systems.
CQS hereby grants permission to use this software and its
documentation for any purpose on a single personal computer. This
software may not be sold or be included in a product or package
which intends to receive benefits through the inclusion of this
software.
Multiple User Client/Server Licenses
Multiple users licenses are available for 1, 2, 5,10 and 25 users.
This software is released for use on individual personal computers
or networked and is copyrighted by Collaborative Quality Systems.
This software is released for use on a network server. Uses
can run the application on their networked PC sharing the data
located on the server. The 1 user networked license allows a
single user to place their data on a network server to take
advantage of network backups. The software is copyrighted by
Collaborative Quality Systems ( known as CQS in the following text)

environment. This software may not be sold or be included in a

inclusion of this software.
Sample 10 User (non-Client/Server) Installation.
Each user works independently. Data is NOT shared between users. Data resides in the individual PC.
Sample Multi-User Client Server Installation
All users share the same data which is stored on a server. Changes or Updates made by one user are visible to all users. Read-Only installation are considered a full concurrent licenses when logged on.
